#FaithInCommunity is a campaign created by Spurgeon’s College, a Baptist training College in South East London. Spurgeon’s was founded in 1856 by the great Victorian preacher Charles Spurgeon. Today the College trains men and women for Christian mission, ministry and leadership in the contemporary world.

Spurgeon’s College initiated this campaign following the monumental response of faith groups and organisations during the Covid-19 pandemic. As a College that trains Baptist ministers and church leaders, we observed first hand the creative, resilient and sacrificial response that all faith communities demonstrated during this difficult period.

We feel it is important to record the stories as a way of reflecting on and documenting this piece of faith and social history.
